Daniel Kubiak is a graduate of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the Wrocław University of Science and Technology, majoring in Automation and Robotics. During 17 years of professional experience in an international environment, he designed industrial automation solutions in the automotive, food, pharmaceutical, medical and defense industries. He was a global technical support manager for food manufacturing solutions, Product Manager for food manufacturing products and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt in an international company from the industry machine production.

In addition, Daniel Kubiak implemented Lean Six Sigma programs in the organization, conducted Lean Six Sigma training in several European countries and was a trainer of optimization projects in the areas of production, warehousing, design, business development, HR, finance, sales and marketing. He led optimization and restructuring projects in the machinery, retail and IT industries. He was also an internal auditor of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, with 8 years of experience in this area. Daniel Kubiak is a certified LSS Master Black Belt.
