Monika Majka is a Project and Change Manager with 10 years of international experience in the production and automotive industry. She worked as a sales engineer, production engineer and optimization of production processes. She also held a managerial role, managing a team of designers and engineers. As a consultant, she supported the creation of visions and new working methods, implementing management and development strategies for engineering departments. He conducts training for companies in the field of Lean Manufacturing and Change Management. Currently, he is a Project Manager. She runs industrial and product projects, using the traditional waterfall model, as well as the agile methodology.
