Service Description:
A graduate of the training will have theoretical knowledge of the project management methods and tools and ability to manage the complex project. Project management training also covers process management and change management perspective as a natural interdependency in the organization. Project management defined actions and techniques supporting the financial assessment of the conditions and value added of the project, the purpose of which is to decide about the project opening.

- 20h of theoretical training
- 15h of practical training
- Certification exam
The theoretical training is usually conducted in several sessions for 1 group.
