Service Description:
A participant of the training will have theoretical knowledge of Lean Management main objectives and principles. The training focuses on the 5-step Lean Thinking implementation process, which covers waste identification and elimination techniques, flow creation, establishing pull system and sustaining continuous improvement. A participant will obtain a practical knowledge on how to effectively use key Lean Management tools, enabling being a lead of various improvement initiatives. Apart from the theoretical part, the training consists of various simulations and practical examples of effective Lean implementation in business environment.
