Service Description:

A graduate of the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training is a person who has the knowledge and skills to solve problems in an organization using the DMAIC model. LSS GB can easily manage small to medium, carefully defined Lean Six Sigma projects.

 

Program:

- 20h of theoretical training

- 10h of coaching, freely distributed into 2 improvement projects

- 5 tests (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control)

- Certification exam

 

The theoretical training is usually conducted in several sessions for 1 group.

1 improvement project lasts on average 3-6 months.
