Value Stream Mapping certified training

Service Description:

A training participant will have the practical ability to map the information and material flow in the organization using the Value Stream Mapping (VSM) tool. During the training, a participant will gain knowledge on current and desired state mapping, using the 8 steps of Future State VSM design. A graduate will thus be able to create value stream maps and practically apply them to improve flow and eliminate waste.

 

Program:

- 16h of practical/theoretical training

- Certification exam

 

The theoretical training is usually conducted in several sessions for 1 group.
