Change Management certified training

Service Description:

A graduate of the training will have theoretical knowledge of the strategy formulation process and ability to facilitate the change. Change management training also covers defined change models and detailed matters of the people's side of change and communication. Change management defined actions and techniques supporting the change process, the purpose of which is to accept the change in the organization.

 

Program:

- 8h of theoretical training

- 8h of practical training

- Certification exam

 

The training is usually conducted in several sessions for 1 group.
