A graduate of the training will have theoretical knowledge of BPMN 2.0 notation and the ability to model business processes with the use of BPMN 2.0. Process modeling is currently one of the most desirable competences in the area of process management.

- 4h of theoretical training

- 12h of practical training (business process mapping)

- Certification exam

The theoretical training is usually conducted in several sessions for 1 group.
