A graduate of the training will have basic theoretical knowledge of IT Business Analysis and the ability to define user / business requirements. Business analysis is currently one of the most desirable competences in the IT area.

 

Program:

- 4h of theoretical training

- 12h of practical training (user / business requirements definitions)

- Certification exam

 

The theoretical training is usually conducted in several sessions for 1 group.
