Service Description:
A participant of the training will have practical knowledge of advanced problem solving using the PDCA cycle and other methods derived from it, such as 8D, DMAIC, DIVE and Shainin Red X. The training program puts a lot of emphasis on correct problem definition (using 5W2H technique) and effective identification of the root cause through both heuristic and analytical tools. As the outcome of the training, participant will be able to independently lead problem solving projects, having diverse toolset of various quality management tools and techniques.

- 8h of theoretical training
- 8h of practical training
- Certification exam
The theoretical training is usually conducted in several sessions for 1 group.
