Rafał Siama has 10 years of experience in business as a Business Analyst and Project Manager. For 3 years as Head of Delivery, he manages a team of several dozen in the ICM/SPM area. He specializes in the effective mapping and improvement of business processes, managing implementation and transformation projects, creating process infrastructure and analyzing processes and systems for automation, including in the area of Robotic Process Automation.

Rafał is a graduate of the University of Life Sciences. He also completed an MBA in Change Management at the Wrocław Business Academy and post-graduate studies at the Wrocław University of Economics in the field of Project Management. He has certificates in the area of RPA, agile management, Lean Six Sigma and project management.
